PlayHQ Registration Information

Netball Australia has moved to a new registration platform called PlayHQ. Parents / Carers are required to create a profile for themselves, then create a profile for each child they wish to register.  It’s quite an easy set up. The following links will take you to instructions if you run into any difficulty. MyNetball has been deactivated and replaced with PlayHQ.  Everyone is starting fresh with PlayHQ and requires a new set up.

PlayHQ requires payment by credit or debit VISA/MasterCard card only.  If you do not currently own, or have access to, a valid credit or debit VISA/MasterCard card, you can purchase one (commonly known as EFTPOS, VISA, or MasterCard Debit Gift Cards) and pre-load the card using cash at various retail outlets including Woolworths, Coles, and Australia Post Offices.

Active Kids Program

Parents / Carers can apply for the Active Kids Voucher, valued at $50, for each child enrolled in school. You can apply for the voucher from February 1, 2024.  Click on the following link and click on Apply online – https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher 

Registration for Coaches, Team Managers & Volunteers

All Coaches and Team Managers are required to register on PlayHQ. There is no fee for registering in this category. A Working With Children Check (WWCC) number must be entered at this point.
