Cromer Netball Club endorses the following common sense rules with regards to codes of behaviour:
- To encourage their child to play within the rules and respect officials’ and coaches’ decisions
- To support their child’s efforts and performance, give positive comments that motivate and encourage continued effort and learning
- To be a positive role model to their child by helping them work towards skill improvement and good sportsmanship
- To remember that children learn best by example; applaud good play by both their child’s team and their opponents
- To thank the coaches, officials and other volunteers who give their time for their child and not interfere with their decisions
- To help when asked by a coach or official
- To read the rules of Netball and to understand better what they are watching and discuss with their child
- To not shout / yell abuse from the sidelinE
- To promote this code of conduct to other parents, carers and supporters watching the game
